Position Summary:
Role supporting a major client in Data Center construction, managing costs and general build projects. Requires independent working style and solid QS expertise, ideally with Data Center experience.

Main Duties:

• Manage procurement and tender processes
• Oversee valuations, payments, and financial forecasting
• Support project teams with commercial decisions
• Prepare cost reports and cash flow projections
• Control and report on project costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS or equivalent desirable
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience (Data Center experience preferred)
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
