Position Summary:
Key commercial role overseeing costs and budgets for large-scale projects, with a focus on independent workload management and teamwork to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Main Duties:

• Monitor and report on project expenditures
• Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow reports
• Advise project teams on commercial matters
• Manage procurement and tender evaluations
• Oversee valuations, payments, and financial planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience (Data Center experience advantageous)
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Strong commercial insight and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
