Position Summary:
Commercially focused role managing costs and budgets for a large Data Center project. Requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Main Duties:

• Oversee project cost control and reporting
• Prepare detailed financial estimates
• Advise on cost-related matters
• Manage financial risks and mitigation strategies
• Assess and negotiate project changes and variations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ post-contract management experience
• Experience with large-scale projects
• Strong client, contractor, and consultant relationship skills
